Our Purpose
Our purpose is to empower busy moms by providing our moms with tools of education, simple practices and an intimate community support to help them prioritize their well-being and bring calmness to their busy mom lives.
Our Goal
Our goal is to help mothers make feasible changes to their physical health, mental health and social support situations so they can fully embrace and enjoy motherhood. We want our moms to show up better for themselves, so they can show up better for the little ones [and big ones] who depend on them.

Hey I'm Amber
In 2020, the world shut down…
I had an infant, a 2-year-old a new job.
I was feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and BURNT OUT.
I decided to take a step back and focus on my well-being instead of trying to do it all.
Through my own journey, The MOMFast Project was created.
A project I built to support moms like me, by simplifying teachings and practices I discovered to be profoundly useful in creating peace in my own busy mom life.
