In 2020, the world shut down…

I had an infant, a 2-year-old, and  a new job.
I was feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and BURNT OUT.

Needless to say, I had a bad attitude, knew this wasn’t me and I needed to change it.

I decided to take a step back and focus on my well-being instead of trying to do it all.

I needed to find something that would fix my view on my life and the COVID world. I had done intermittent fasting on and off for many years and I knew it made me feel good, so I started there.

That snowballed into more self-care that led me on the most amazing path of self-discovery and this thing called Awareness. 

Books, podcasts, and people were falling into my lap. I read, I listened, and I learned all that I could from this new information.

Feelings like guilt, imposter syndrome and unworthiness wanted to peak their heads through, but this new information wouldn’t let it.

I was on a spiritual path, and nothing was stopping it!

Along with devouring information, I picked up meditation, journaling and took courses and jumped in headfirst to all things spiritual.

The calling was bigger than any fear that tried to get in its way. 

And with in 2 years, I can say I’m now a spiritual person that knows exactly what spirit, God, Source, the Universe means to me.

I’ve worked on kicking guilt, perfectionism, and the do-it-all attitude to the curb.

Enter The MOMFast Project. 

It’s longer than I can explain here (this is probably already too long) but through a sequence of divine events it was created. I am so excited to be here sharing this work. 

I am still a work in progress, so I’ll be learning and going along just as much as you are.

Together, if us moms can better ourselves, I don’t thing, I KNOW, we can better the world!
