Fasting To 40: Happy Birthday To Me! A Poem.

I can’t believe I’m doing this. I won’t be writing a new piece today instead I dug up something.

Excuse my abstractness but this was something that I dropped everything to write. The inspiration was flowing!

This will be my writing for the day and is actually, IMO (in my opinion), very fitting as I go into my 39th year of Becoming.

Tree Is Life, Woman is Tree

If Tree grows strong from the inside out it can support itself and all that is around it.

Tree’s branches are the home’s hug.

When Tree is grounded, healthy, and provided for, it grows big strong branches that provide so much for all around it.

Tree Is a provider and giver.

Tree’s branches bear fruit for nourishment, leaves for shade, needles for medicine, support for hawk, shelter for fox, shade from sun, protects from wind, umbrella from rain.

Tree is Significant

Tree impacts every corner of the world. Where there is no Tree, life cannot breathe.

Woman is Tree.

More on the poem:

Women are the givers of life; shelter, providers, and nurturers of life.

We grow from a seed and need to be supported at a very young age as we root into the earth so we can grow healthy internally to provide externally.

We are home, we are giving, we are beautiful, and we are here to provide life just as the tree provides oxygen to the world.

As a mighty Redwood, we are inspiring when we are healthy and strong.

Our beauty comes from the health on the inside. We are unique and one of a kind just like the weeping willow.

With health and happiness on the inside, we are a muse for the world just like the Banyan Tree.

Mother Gaia offers so many different trees; all different, beautiful, and unique to Earth.

Woman is Tree.

Sociality looks up to women needs us, and enjoys us.

Take care of yourself as the tree of life.

Budda’s Bohdi tree was full of enlightenment.

Joshua Trees in the desert cannot be supported with just sun alone. The deep roots must be there to survive and support it.

We must nurture and care for ourselves and not forget too. Remember to put roots down so we can provide for all of mankind.

Without us, earth turns to dust, fruits are not borne, and nurturing of the land cannot continue.

We need to take care of ourselves and must give ourselves credit.
